Supervision is giving individuals and teams space and time to reflect on their practice, to stimulate creativity, to voice and process the concerns and obstacles hindering them as professionals to produce constant quality, while enjoying their work and embracing change and innovation.
It plays an essential part in promoting staff welfare and preventative measures for mental health and loss of performance. I offer tailored sessions to suit the requirements of each meeting and issue, utilising a number of approaches and techniques.
Clinical supervision includes:
- Professional feedback on specific issues
- Personal development in communication, stress resilience and client focus
- Increasing knowledge and practise of approaches and methodology
- Peer review
- Motivation and vision
Individual and group supervision is available in-house or at our venues in Plymouth, Cornwall (Truro, Bodmin and Lostwithiel) and London.
Prices depend on team size and length of time. Please enquire for further details.
I also offer therapy and counselling for individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and burn-out. Please see the Support and Therapy page for more information.
