Space and time to reflect

Supervision is giving individuals and teams space and time to reflect on their practice, to stimulate creativity, voice and process concerns and obstacles hindering professionals to produce constant quality, while enjoying their work and embracing change and innovation.

It plays an essential part in guaranteeing staff welfare and preventative measures for mental health and performance. Imke offers tailored sessions to suit the requirements of each meeting and issue, utilising a number of approaches and techniques.

Individual and group supervision is available in house or at our venues in Plymouth, Truro, Bodmin and Lostwithiel.

I am also using the yurt retreat facilities for training and supervision for smaller groups and intensive/longer sessions.
