Have you ever spent precious resources on conferences which produce ineffective measures and tired team members?
Are you looking for conference facilitation that allows you to cut out all time and resource waste? Facilitation that identifies and explores approaches and focuses effectively on the task at hand? A time where problem-solving skills are used that deliver outcomes the participants identify with? A day where the task at hand is put into a tangible action plan that participants are inspired, motivated and empowered to take action on?
Open Space offers just that through using the conference space and time to let all involved create forums, have their say and bring their ideas to the table. This is a deeply creative process; invigorating participants to truly identify with the outcomes and action plans produced on the day. Lead by an experienced facilitator, using five simple rules developed by Harrison Owen in the mid-eighties, the technique is very effective and successful because it puts the people involved at the centre of its problem-solving approach, guiding them through realistic innovative plans while empowering them to follow through with their commitments.
Open Space Technology is the most powerful leadership and meeting approach for the 21st century.
