About Imke Wood

Qualifications and Experience

I am an HPC, BACP Arts Psychotherapist and BAAT Supervisor, MSc in Educational Science and Remedial Pedagogy, BA Drama, Dip in ILM Leadership and Management, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Open Space Facilitator.

I am co-founder of Creative Expression, a charity working with the most vulnerable in society and their carers.

I have concentrated my training and work around methods stimulating individuals to open up to new positive behaviour changing emotions, to enhance awareness and to support self-esteem and confidence within a safe and tolerant environment. Particularly, my work engages people with communication and emotional problems teaching stress management, conflict resolution and how to increased ability to interact effectively within private and professional settings.

I have extensive experience in group and individual coaching, training and supervision and have been working in training and facilitation for 15 years.
